This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
The person is just reposting our images on her site, AND she also wrote our usernames above every gallery, in the gallery url, and problably our names are still on the file names too. What's the problem???
I's called a "tribute" not theft.
My pictures and artwork get reposted ALL OVER THE INTERNET ALL THE TIME (and im not ever super-popular like some other artists are) not by petty art-theifs like you call them, but by people who just thought "hey this pic is cool"
no harm is done.
anyone can view her site and appreciate the photos. If they really wanna see more, or contact the original artist, they can use google.
Serously, i dont have the time to start internet wars with teenagers. Take your army elsewhere.
And we are the army that is there BECAUSE you don't have time to deal with the thief's! Not out to pick fights but ensuring they get banned or give proper credit.
well, deviantart is not the only place where i post my pictures. Both my personal website and my flickr page give permission to repost my images without the need to ask for permission. All i ask is that they link back to my site, but it's not the freakin' end of the world if they dont!
Actually... Only SOME of the folders are even the same artist all the way thru. The mixed up ones have no attempt at credit, the credited ones sound more like a title then a credit.
And for example... d1sarmon1a's folder is called "Victoria", try googling that and actually finding her!
Besides she has been asked but alot of the artists to credit them directly or take their images down and she refuses.
But yeah. It's rather messy and she looks like she's about to tip over, but I like it. ^^

thank you.
So for me, this is perfectly fine.
And for example... d1sarmon1a's folder is called "Victoria", try googling that and actually finding her!
Besides she has been asked but alot of the artists to credit them directly or take their images down and she refuses.
So yes this is theft.
