yeah i was thinking of using just cheap colored plastic, maybe a lime green because the interior is that color. But when i build a next pair, i'll look into better materials.
by costume, i also implied casual outfits I make a lot of the clothes i wear, so it doesnt really fit any style either, but i could probably describe it as punk/goth/hippy/etc too, i know what you mean

This looks really awesome!
I know the idea of steampunk but i've never seen it in such an extraordinary way like this...
Of course you see something like it with small goggles and stuf but you made really some artform of it...
I haven't specifically in Steampunk no! But I would LOVE to know of any titles ^^!
Actually, Jean Pierre Jeunet's 'The City of Lost Children' has some Steampunk elements to it ^^! And I love that sooo much !
I am developing a free pen&aper roleplaying game, working title "the world of jules verne", in a world (some may call it "steampunk") full of technological wonders, somewhat like in the game arcanum (but without the magic). Right now, I am searching for artwork which I could use for the game, and this would be perfect. do you mind if I use it? Even if you do, please tell me!! Thanks a million, coco
I would be very interested in letting you use it. Do you need to print it, or just for use online? eitherway, it would be nice if you added a link back to my website ( [link] ) so people can know who created it. And please let me know how your project is going, it sounds interesting
